Yesterday I convinced myself that the best course of action for the first day of summer was not sleeping in since it was Saturday but getting out and driving out to that one-hundred year old farm house estate sale. I was not disappointed with that decision, no siree.
Here are some slides I put together and shared with a friend this morning of my partial hauls at the estate sale.
One note though, the bistro set was purchased on Friday at the Sammamish estate sale which I posted about Friday.
This weekend I managed to find myself at two wonderful estate sales. Even thought I don’t need anything, I am always able to find things that I fall madly in love with immediately. Friday’s estate sale was what I call a modern day sale, everything in the house was present day – no antique/vintage – there was a lot of Pier One inventory, which is fine with me, I love Pier One! The first thing I found was a treasure that has been on my list, but I haven’t taken a picture of it yet…however, I just enjoyed lunch on it. Photos forthcoming. In the meantime, here’s a slide I shared with a friend of my stash.
